Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 x86-x64 (30-Days Trial Reset)
01. Temporarily disconnect your Internet connection.
02. Install Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 (kis12.0.0.374en.exe).
03. Uncheck 'Accept the terms of participation in Kaspersky Security
Network' checkbox. Click 'Install' to continue the installation.
04. After installation, launch/open Kaspersky Internet Security 2012.
05. Just click 'Cancel' if you are asked to select activation method.
06. Click on 'Settings' (upper-right corner) then click the cardboard box
icon, select 'Self-Defense' and uncheck 'Enable Self-Defense' checkbox.
Click 'Apply' to save your changes and click 'OK' to close 'Settings'.
07. Right-click on Kaspersky Internet Security system tray icon and
select 'Exit' from the pop-up menu. This will exit Kaspersky IS 2012.
08. Now, run the included 'Trial.Reset.exe' file as administrator, then
click on Settings icon (beside minimize button) and enable/check
'Disable Trial Notifications' checkbox. Click 'Reset' button to
apply trial reset patch. Wait for a few seconds to finish.
09. When done, you will be asked to restart your computer. Click 'Yes' to
restart your computer.
10. After restart, reconnect your Internet connection. Click on 'Settings'
then click the cardboard box icon, select 'Self-Defense' and check/enable
'Enable Self-Defense' checkbox if not already enabled.
Click 'Apply' to save your changes and click 'OK' to close 'Settings'.
11. Click on 'Insert your activation code here' hyperlink at the bottom
of Kaspersky window and click 'Activate the application' button.
12. Select 'Activate trial version' activation method and click 'Next'.
Just wait for a few seconds. The application will try to connect to
the Internet and activates your 30-day trial license.
Click 'Finish' when you see "Activation completed successfully" message.
13. Go back to Kaspersky main window, click 'Update' and click 'Run update'
button to download and install latest updates automatically.
14. Done!

ABOUT TRIAL RESET:
• The included trial reset patch will always give you a 30-day trial license.
You just have to run the patch once a month or even less than a month to renew
your license for another 30-day trial period. Just follow step 06 to step 12
above when applying the trial reset patch again.
The included 'Trial.Reset.exe' (Ganjin_KTR-2012) will be flagged as a HackTool
by Kaspersky. Just add the trial reset file to the exclusions to keep Kaspersky
from detecting the file as a harmful software.

LICENSE KEY FILE:
We also have included a KIS 2012 key file which will give you a license period
until 12-04-2012. Alternatively, you can install the key file if you prefer not
to use the included trial reset patch.
HOW TO INSTALL A KEY FILE:
--------------------------
a) If you already have installed the trial reset patch, click on 'Manage License'
hyperlink at the bottom of Kaspersky window, then click on the red 'X' next
to your License number to delete the license number. Click 'Delete license'
button to confirm.
b) Temporarily disconnect your Internet connection (Important).
c) Now, click 'Activate the application' button, select 'Activate trial version'
and click 'Next' button.
d) You will get an 'Activation failed' message but you will have an option to
install a key file. Click 'Browse' button and navigate to the location of
the included key file. Select it and click 'Open'. Click 'Next' to install
the key file. You should see 'Activation completed successfully' message.
e) Done! You can now reconnect your Internet connection.

You can get free key files from the following websites:

• http://kavkiskey.org
You need to exit Kaspersky before going to these sites.
These sites have been blocked by Kaspersky for providing free key files.
Key files from these sites are regularly updated but can be easily and quickly
invalidated (blacklisted). But sometimes you can be lucky!
